Your Login Kit: 3 Things to Have Ready
Before anything else, make sure you have these three things. Without them, even the right steps will not work.

Don’t have an account yet? Then there is nothing to log in to. In that case, first register your Pak VIP account. It takes about two minutes.

Pak VIP usually has two passwords. The first is the login password, used to open the app. The second is the fund (withdrawal) password, used only when cashing out. They are not the same. So, if one “does not work”, check that you are not typing the other.
Signing In: App and Browser
You can open your account in two ways. Both lead to the same balance and the same history.
Option A: Through the Android App
- Tap the Pak VIP icon on your home screen.
- On the first screen, choose the Login tab, not Sign Up.

- Open Chrome or Safari.
- Type the official Pak VIP web address directly into the address bar.
- Tap Login in the top corner.
- Enter the same number and password you use in the app.

Forgot Your Password? Reset It in 6 Steps
It happens to everyone. Luckily, you do not need support for this. You can reset it yourself, as long as you still have the SIM you registered with.
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password. It is usually just below the password box.
- Enter your registered mobile number.
- Tap Send Code. An OTP arrives by SMS.
- Type the OTP into the box within the time limit, usually 1-5 minutes.
- Create a new password and type it a second time to confirm.
- Go back to the Login tab and sign in with the new password.

A simple method: join two random words and a number. For example, “Mango7Kite42”. Easy to remember, hard to guess. (Of course, don’t use that exact one!)
When the OTP Won’t Arrive
A missing OTP is the most common login complaint. However, the cause is almost never the app itself. Instead, it usually comes down to your phone or network. Work through this list from top to bottom.

Restart your phone before you tap Resend. It clears stuck network settings. Surprisingly often, the code lands right after the restart.

Every error message is a clue. So, instead of guessing, match the message you see with the table below.

How to Clear the App Cache
- Open Settings > Apps.
- Find and tap Pak VIP.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear cache. Avoid “Clear data” unless support asks you to.

Lost Your Number? Here Is What to Do
This one is harder. Without your registered SIM, you cannot get an OTP. Still, you have two routes.
Route 1: Get Your SIM Back (Best Option)
Visit your network’s franchise with your CNIC. Ask for a duplicate SIM on the same number. Jazz, Zong, Telenor and Ufone all offer this service, usually for a small fee. Once the SIM works, reset your password as normal.
Route 2: Ask Support to Verify You
If the number is gone for good, contact Pak VIP live support. To prove the account is yours, keep these details ready.

Golden rule: Pak VIP staff will never ask for your OTP, password or wallet PIN. Anyone who does, even if they say they are from “support”, is a scammer. Block them.

Did your balance drop without you playing? Or did you get an OTP you never asked for? If so, act fast. Every minute counts.
- Reset your password right away using Forgot Password.
- Change your fund password from the Security menu.
- Check your linked wallet. Remove any number that is not yours.
- Contact live support with your user ID and screenshots.

Can I log in to Pak VIP without an OTP?
Yes. Normally, you only need your number and password. The OTP is mostly for sign-up, password resets and security checks.
Is the login password the same as the fund password?
No. The login password opens the app. The fund password is used only for cash-outs.
Can I log in on two phones at the same time?
Usually one active session is allowed. Logging in on a second phone may sign you out of the first.
Why does Pak VIP keep logging me out?
